SANS-Certified Fire Protection
For Namibia & SADC
SAQCC registered technicians. SANS-compliant supply, installation, and maintenance. One provider from risk assessment to compliance sign-off.

Compliance Isn't a Box.
It's the Baseline.
Every fire protection system we supply, install, or service is backed by SAQCC-registered technicians and documented to the applicable SANS standard. That is not a differentiator. It is the minimum requirement for your insurance to remain valid and your certificates to hold up under a municipal inspection.
What sets our work apart is continuity. The same technicians who design the system install it, commission it, and return for annual service. That chain of custody from risk assessment through to compliance certificate is what prevents the paperwork gaps that void claims.

What Happens When Sprinklers
Are the Wrong Answer?
Data centres, server rooms, and mining control facilities share a common problem: water-based suppression would destroy the assets it is meant to protect. In these environments, a gaseous clean agent system (FM200, Pyroshield, or Novec 1230) suppresses fire without conducting electricity, leaves no residue, and causes zero secondary damage to sensitive electronics.
Our SANS 14520-compliant gaseous systems are engineered for the specific hazard volume of your facility. The suppression agent concentration is calculated to achieve fire knockdown within 10 seconds of detection. System integrity is verified by pressure discharge testing prior to handover.
Gas suppression system detailsSystem Comparison
FM200 (HFC-227ea): Industry standard clean agent. Rapid knockdown, zero ozone depletion potential. Suitable for most server room volumes.
Pyroshield Clean Agent: Fluorine-free, zero residue, zero global warming potential. Preferred for sensitive electronics and clean-room environments.
CO2 Systems: Industrial environments only. High-concentration knockdown for machinery spaces with intermittent occupancy.
Novec 1230: Thermally stable with a wide safety margin above NOAEL. The preferred option for occupied spaces requiring clean-agent suppression.
